Let's see how this works.
First, find a video from Youtube. Copy the Embed information from the box at the left of the screen. Yes, this is a copyright violation.
Going back to your blog posting window, click on the Edit html tab on the top left of your text window. Hit a few carriage returns, and then paste the embed information.
Ideally, you'd film your own video with you cell phone or digital camera, and then save it as an mp3 file to use.
